Positive: Nice Cosy place in between Paris and Disney. We went with 1 12 year old and he loved, we stayed over 10 days, good value for money. Train Station to Paris center is 10 min walk or 3-4 bus stops, same for Disney Land. There’s everything you need in the appartment, bakery and supermarket is a 6 min walk, restaurants 5-6 minute walk. It’s not the most exiting neighberhood in Paris but it’s quiet and safe everywhere you go, also late at night. The good thing is, it’s so close to the A-train line so very easy to get to almost all fancy places ik Paris. TIP: buy a week card for all zones (you have to buy this at the counter, you need pass-pictures, it’s for locals) It’s around 30-35 euro’s per week from Monday to Sunday, saves a lot of money on public transport. Patrick the host as mentioned before is very helpful if you need anything.
