Very close to the sea and at the foot of the Pyrenees, the house is located in an authentic Catalan village of Albères.
You will be 5 minutes from the beaches of Argeles, the Heureuse Valley and its streams, 10 minutes from Collioure and the rocky coast with its coves, 15 minutes from the peak Néoulos and 20 minutes from Spain.
The district, pavilion, is calm and in immediate proximity of the services and trade (supermarket with 200m)
The location is ideal to discover the Catalan country and enjoy the sea, the beauty of the landscapes, the mountains and hikes and incursions in Spain. The beaches are accessible by bike.
The house includes the accommodation offered for rent, on the 1st floor as well as a small housing on the ground floor that I occupy very occasionally. A garden, in front of the house, is reserved for your exclusive use in the ground floor (about 20 m² with a barbecue and a garden furniture). A small parking is available, just in front of the house
The village is served by public transport, the train station is in Argeles sur Mer (4 kms)
And the airport is in Rivesaltes.
