The owner lives nearby for further advice if needed. Individual chalet of 38 m², entirely on one level. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 160/200 bed). Integrated kitchen open to living room. Shower room (Italian shower). Separate WC. gentle heat inertia heating. Balcony-terrace of 20 m². Car park. Small mountain terrain. All-inclusive rates: charges included, sheets provided, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included as well as household linen, cleaning. No WiFi connection but good 4G coverage.
