The house has WIFI internet access, a flat screen TV, DVD player, bluetooth audio system, Nespresso machine, etc.
An air-conditioned annex with independent access consists of a games room on the ground floor and upstairs a large bedroom with its bathroom equipped with walk-in shower.
The house has several outdoor living areas: The heated swimming pool (from May) of approximately 10 x 4 is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with sun loungers and a pool house with dining area and barbecue.
