Interior
On the ground floor you have a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 Godin chatelaine stoves (specially for cooking enthusiasts!). A bedroom with double bed + a mezzanine with 2 single beds for children, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. 30m² terrace with gas BBQ and breathtaking views of the countryside. Beautiful sunsets. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms with shower room and toilet + 1 double bedroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the basement small hall and laundry room/cellar with washing machine. Possibility to place your bikes.
Exterior
Superb fenced garden with secure, heated and of course a private swimming pool. There are several terraces where you can have your lunch (in the sun or in the shade). Covered parking for 4 cars. Furthermore, the house cat also walks through the garden from time to time, the cat is allowed to go inside but does not have to. The neighbors take care of the cat.

Domme, La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Rocamadour, St-Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, Figeac, Gouffre de Padirac, Lascaux caves… everything is to visit within a short distance.
