Located in the heart of the small hamlet of Pouzalgues in a green setting, surrounded by low dry stone walls, you can relax in the shade of walnut trees, birds and squirrels have taken up residence there! Without forgetting the presence of nesting boxes, shelters for insects, the practice of late mowing... Always with the aim of protecting and promoting bio-diversity! Ideal situation on the axis of Padirac and Rocamadour without forgetting the valley of the Dordogne to bathe and refresh itself in full summer!Gite on 2 levels. On the ground floor : living room with kitchenette, laundry room with washing machine, 1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with its private shower room and a direct access to the outside, independent WC with hand wash basin. On the first floor : 1 bedroom (2 single beds in 90) with its private shower room with WC, mezzanine space with sofa, armchair and television. Reversible air-conditioning in all the rooms.
