Positive: This is a budget hotel which exceeded my expectations. My room was basic but clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a strong, hot shower. The breakfast was great, omelette with vegetables, olives, grapes, freshly-baked bread, jam, hummus, sour cream, coffee or mint tea, and other options. Yazeed on reception was very helpful, going out of his way to help with luggage, giving directions, helping to book a taxi etc. When given directions he would walk outside the hotel with me to point out the area I wanted. The free two-hour walking tour provided by Ibrahim was great, walking through the various markets, sampling the various offerings. He was also helpful in showing us the way to the local sites, and giving advice on how and when to bargain if purchasing items. The hotel is located close to shops and tourist sites.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
