Summary: We arrived after a very long day of travelling to discover they could not find our reservation. It took a very long time but eventually we were given a room on the 3rd floor to be told the lifts did not work. I have some health issues so this was not ideal for me but we didnt have a choice. I have to say the staff were all very nice and friendly and very accomodating. The negatives for me was the bed was very hard didnt sleep too good for the 3 nights and doors are so heavy when people shut them was very loud all in all not a very restful sleeping experience. Also the swimming pool was very slimy on the bottom , needed cleaning we were slipping around couldnt walk on it.
