The ground-level luxury cottage suitable for 3 persons, was newly built and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including underfloor heating in all rooms (including the bathroom) and an alarm system for your safety. The living space of 60m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern bathroom. The living room provides a generous suite, a wall-mounted 40” flatscreen TV with a USB port and a wireless 2.1 loudspeaker system with integrated Bluetooth technology. There is also a wide wooden dining table with four chairs. The stylish, black and glossy built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a box spring bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200cm) is to the rear and benefits from its own separate entrance, not attached to the bathroom-The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and even a washing machine with a dryer function. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless G3 Internet connection in the cottage can be used free of charge.
Please note that you have to clean the cottage yourself. The beds are freshly made on arrival and on departure the bed linen and towels must be washed in the washing machine and the beds freshly made.
Large glass doors in the living room open directly into the large sun deck, where you can make yourselves comfortable at the wooden table with a wooden bench and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the hilly dunes landscape as far as the sea.
