Summary: Decent budget option, but communication and support need improvement. I emailed well in advance to confirm my booking but never received the necessary info, and there are no staff on site to help. Pros: Affordable budget option. Pods are reasonably comfortable for sleeping. Earplugs made it possible to get a decent rest. Cons: No staff on site; arrival instructions weren’t sent despite emailing well in advance. In-pod safe was locked and unusable. Outlets and USB ports inside the pod don’t actually charge devices (only explained in the instruction video after arrival). Alarm function on the pod was disabled. Pods are not soundproof. When crowded (e.g., student groups), it’s difficult to find a free outlet in common areas.
