Our gîte is located in the town of Bretenoux at the edge of the village in an old isolated farmhouse in the middle of 7 hectares. It is close to all amenities (15 minutes on foot and just 5 minutes by car). Its geographical location is ideal for visiting the region and its major tourist sites: Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, numerous "Most beautiful villages in France" such as Autoire and its waterfalls, Carennac, Loubressac, Martel, ... Wine lovers will be able to go for a walk in the heart of the Glanes Vineyard which is a stone's throw from the property. By heading towards Corrèze you can visit Collonges la Rouge and many others. Ideally located for fishing enthusiasts: a stone's throw from the Dordogne river. We have restored this hamlet with its idyllic setting so that vacationers can recharge their batteries in complete peace and quiet.
We are committed to welcoming our guests so that they feel at home. It is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with its sofa and wood stove for winter evenings.A laundry room with LL and SL and a WC is located right next door. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and WC, then 3 bedrooms: 1 140 cm bed / 1 160 cm bed / 1 180 cm bed. Two of them have access to a small exterior balcony. It has its garage and a large terrace on the ground floor. The swimming pool is shared with the other gîte.
All-inclusive formula (fixed cleaning deposit of €120) / electricity included within reason (subject to meter reading). Linen included. Adult tourist tax: to be paid on site according to current rates. Deposit €800. Possibility to reserve our other gîte with a capacity of 4/6 people.
