Come and discover my recently fully renovated apartment between Place Guichard and Place Voltaire. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. You will appreciate the atmosphere and charm of this place.
The accommodation
This apartment has a bedroom on the upper floor (1.50 metres high) with a queen-size bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with two sofas.
My apartment is located on the ground floor. For your comfort and safety, it is equipped with large glass windows with opaque glass up to 2.50 metres high and electric shutters.
Finally, basic products are present in the apartment: shampoo, shower products, hair dryers, linen, and wifi are also available. Clean sheets, etc.
Apartment equipment: induction hob, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Italian shower, toaster, coffee maker, a fan, etc.
Guest access
My guests will have access to everything, as I say in the house rules, it will be forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Only two cupboards will be locked.
Other remarks
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
A single set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
Check-in to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.
