Our lovely studio is located in a quiet residence built in an old factory rehabilitated with a lot of charm. The balcony overlooks an equally quiet dead end. It has been designed and decorated a few months ago in following the principles of Feng Shui and adding touches of the African continent.
30 sqm, fully equipped it is the perfect Parisian HG for a solo or couple stay.
Lively area, full of restaurants, bars around and a great place for cultural activites. Access is also efficient !

The Neighborhood:
Located in the North of Paris, Rue Curial is recognizable by its palm trees that adorn the sidewalks.
The district is rich in cultural places with the 104 cultural center a little further on rue curial, la Villette 10 minutes away, as are the quays of the canal de l'Ourcq where there are plenty of
nice little restaurants.
For movie lovers, the UGC Ciné Cité is located at 10 minutes walk away and the
MK2 Complex too.
You can reach the quays of the Seine River by bike, which is very pleasant.
There are several Velib stations around the unit.
There is also a supermarket Auchan at 150m, a bakery and a Basic Fit gym just down the building.
Getting Around:
We organise for you trips to / from airports / train stations
Access is very easy and allows you to reach all the Parisian tourist sites in a few minutes.
Next door you'll find:
- Rosa Parks RER E station
- Crimée metro station (line 7).
- Bus stop for lines 54 and 60
- Rosa Parks Tram 3B station 5 mins walk, passing under the RER station.
- You can get to Gare du Nord in 10 minutes and Haussmann Saint Lazare in 15 minutes.
Very pleasant and easy to walk until Quays of the canal de l'Ourcq or
to reach the Parc de la Villette and the Buttes Chaumont by crossing the canal.
