Summary: This hotel does not have a pool. We booked the hotel based on the fact that it states having a pool. It hasn’t and has never had. It’s far from everything except the TGV station. We accepted this and the higher price and the fact that parking wasn’t free solely based on the fact that there was a pool. So the disappointment was great when we found out and we was only met with a “not our problem-attitude”. We even tried Hotels.com’s customer support who contacted the hotel, but they were not willing to give any kind of compensation. I assume it’s the hotel’s responsibility to make sure that the information in the hotel.com’s website/app is correct. By the time I’m making this review nine days later the hotel still states having a pool.
