Villa des Costes is a new modern luxury 3 ensuite bedroomed villa, sleeping 6 guests, with the option to sleep 2 further guests in an ensuite room with a sofabed. The villa is located in a secure private domaine with some of the best panoramic sea views the French Riviera has to offer.
The property was designed to benefit from the fantastic sea views with several terraces and views from all rooms. The entry opens onto a hallway with access to the Master bedroom with queen sized bed, stunning sea views and en suite bathroom.
From the entry a spiral staircase leads up to a walk in dressing to the north side and the second bedroom south facing, with equally fantastic views and en suite shower room.
From the entry a grand staircase winds down to the impressive open living space and dining room with large picture windows overlooking the pool and terraces, all with breathtaking views. The modern kitchen is centrally located in the same space and fully equipped with high end appliances, two dishwashers, two hobs and spacious American fridge.
A small corridor to the right opens to an office room with en suite bathroom and sofa bed, upon request this can be made up as a bedroom for 2 additional people. Behind the kitchen located is another set of spiral stairs, with access to the third bedroom suite, with laundry room in the hallway, extra cupboards, bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing, en suite shower room and terraces. This is the perfect accommodation for guests who value their privacy away from it all.
Outside the pool is surrounded by sun loungers and invites to relax while taking in the views. Several shady lounge areas and a dining terrace are available, perfect for an aperitif at sunset and al fresco dining.
