At 300 m from the magnificent beach of Agosta, the villa has no vis-à-vis and, facing the mountains, enjoys an absolute calm. The access is via a private driveway overlooking an interior gallery and allowing to park its car in the shade.
The outdoor and indoor facilities are practical and simple, designed for a relaxed holiday adapted to the Corsican heat. Household equipment, very often renewed, is essentially new.
The proximity of the beach of Agosta, the seaside resort of Porticcio at 5 km, and Ajaccio at 20 km, offers a very wide choice of sporting activities (nautical, mountain) and cultural.
The faulty water line in July 2017 was replaced immediately in August 2017.
