This is a full floor 900 sq. ft apartment. in a 3 unit building that survived the 1906 earthquake.

There is a partial bay view from the dining room with glimpses of sail boats and ferries that come and going everyday.

There are nice neighbors above and below but we still encourage soft walking and talking. It is minimally furnished, so there is room to spread out. The bathroom is a Victorian split, the toilet is in a separate room from the shower.

Across the street is a small park open in the daytime with a rose garden and gazebo.
You can walk to many places from the front door. But be aware there is a hill, it is on an actual hill.
