Welcome to my authentic & unique East Nashville craftsman home! Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood yet walkable (7 min.) to eateries & bars such as Once Upon a Time in France & Pearl Diver. Every room is super spacious and can comfortably host large groups. Large private backyard. Publix grocery store & Starbucks only a 6 minute walk away, although I highly recommend the local coffee shops! Great location, great vibes - this place is a winner!

The Space:
Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking at home and has a large island that seats 4. Each bedroom was curated for comfort with handpicked artwork and antiques. Three of the rooms have queen beds and the master has a new Casper king-sized mattress. Master has a huge walk-in closet and a fully renovated bath with spa feel; separate shower and tub with jets. Huge backyard with a grill, and fully fenced in!

-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, drip coffeemaker, coffee beans, and a grinder to get you started
-Plenty of driveway parking space! And street parking available - FREE
-We provide some fresh coffee beans, a grinder, tea, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles, and sparkling water
-Fresh bed linens provided. We lay out towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo, and shower gel on each bed. There are extras in each bathroom, if needed during your stay. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer and wash cloths for makeup removal. Laundry room has one iron & ironing board! We provide one *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store (Kroger, and Turnip Truck are nearby)
***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***
A great deal of passion went into the design and decorating our home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 10).
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you it was when you arrived, or better! THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The $140 cleaning fee covers the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to wash all of the linens, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, & living areas, dust, and general up-keep of the home. It does not include cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in the welcome book. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape!
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable homeowners and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (We had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask the day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available. We can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out. If there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
Guest Access:
The home is yours and yours alone! Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is one of the hippest parts of town. There aren't many chains here; this area thrives on small, local businesses and boutiques. Nearby Porter Road shops include Cafe Roze, Vinyl Tap, Southern Grist Brewing, and The Urban Juicer.
Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the driveway and street parking too!
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can park about 2 cars with street parking as well.

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. There have been a lot of incidents car break ins. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!
