Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was second to none. Cannot fault the location. Could snowboard right from the entrance of the accom and also easily head back for a quick break during the day when needed.

Negative: The communication with the host is very poor. Close time was 8PM. I was delayed in my travels with flight and shuttle transfer, I got a call at 6:45PM asking where I am and I said I was 30 minutes away. I get to the office at that time and they were closed. Luckily there were people inside and they told me they dropped my keys off at the Welcome Centre. This was not mentioned on the call. If I had arrived and they weren't there, I wouldn't have known where to get the keys. Communication via messages was basically non-existent during my stay and I had to go to the head office. Insufficient and unclear information upon check-in and during my stay.

Summary: Amazing location. Accom not the most comfortable but it was adequate. Staff service was lacking.
