Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location, comfort, and cleanliness of the accommodation are excellent.

Negative: I woke up in the accommodation and there was no power in the building. I contacted the host, who said it would be resolved soon. Hours later I contacted him again, and he told me the issue had been fixed, but in my room the power had not returned. If I hadn’t followed up, I would have remained without electricity. The power only came back at 4 p.m., so I had to leave the accommodation earlier and book another place.
