The refurbished ground floor has an en suite bedroom, washer/dryer nook, and internal stairs to the main floor. A picnic table and outdoor shower with changing room are located under the shade of the house. Parking is available on two sides of this corner lot.
The prized corner lot position puts this home on a short side street with direct beach access. A small boat landing is steps away across the road.
