Newly built luxury cozy home in a quiet subdivision. Well stocked with the basics you need. Draped in modern design for your pleasure. Huge kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large laundry room with washer/dryer. It offers a very cozy out door space with grill and outdoor furniture.
This home can sleep 12 people. Great value per person, do the math! This homes has a master on the main level with it's own large private bathroom. A second master on the upper level with a huge breath taken bathroom with large step down in closet with his and her counter. Also upstairs has one additional rooms with a queen bed and one room with 2 queen beds.
There are 5 queen beds, 1 queen sofa beds, 1 queen size air mattresses, one pack n' play crib for a baby or infant. There's a 50 inch TV in living room with full cable with Steaming capability. A second inch TV in master upstairs. The is a grill on the back patio with patio furniture .
Two additional folding tables and 6 chairs are provided just in case you need more. We offer clean towels and fresh linens for each guest. Lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner,makeup wipe removal and hair dryers are provided as well. Pillow and linen for the sofa bed, and air mattresses are provided. Cook ware, glasses plates, crock pot toaster, blender,coffee maker with coffee also provided.
Please note that makeup removal wipes are provided ( if more are need please ask upon your arrival) using the supplies towel to remove make is prohibited and will be subject to addition charges to replace towels. Also late check outs can not be granted the morning of check -out. Please ask before check out day so that the calendar can be checked for availability. However late check out are seldom guaranteed, if granted 30 mins is the max time allowed. Any damaged items no matter how small will have to be replaced at your expense or deposit will be forfeited.
