Let us host you on our beautiful 10+ acre property—your perfect secluded getaway just 5 miles from Calistoga. Enjoy mountain views in every direction, a hot tub, new plunge pool (opening Spring 2026), pool table, fire pits, and a bocce court. Our location uniquely intersects northern Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, and Healdsburg/Alexander Valley, making it easy to explore multiple wine regions without long drives.
Pls note: For planning purposes, the city of Napa and the city of Sonoma are both about a 50min drive away. We recommend visiting wineries in northern Napa Valley and northern Sonoma Valley for convenience (there are so many famous wineries close by it is impossible to list them all!). Happy to make recommendations.
Highlights:
* Charming Farmhouse built in 1995 on 10+ acres (~1600sqft). Wonderfully secluded but still very close to several wineries/cities/areas. +1000sqft barn/game room (pool table, TV area, wet bar) renovated in 2024. Hot tub, fire pits + new container plunge pool (opening Spring 2026) with amazing views.
* Multiple in/outdoor dining areas/seating for 6+ people - all with incredible views.
* 3 bedrooms total in the main house (2 king, 1 queen in the bedrooms. + EXTRA Queen murphy bed in the OPEN Loft.). Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Another additional bonus Queen murphy bed in the barn (could be 4th bedroom if needed)
Pls note: Primary bedroom, primary bathroom + LOFT/Den are all upstairs. The rest of the bedrooms are downstairs.
* 2 AC units in main house (1 window unit upstairs in the loft, 1 portable AC downstairs in the kitchen+ fans in each bedroom). Minisplit AC/Heat in the Barn (via a remote control).
* Very private hot tub/NEW container plunge pool with world-class views - perfect after a day of winery visits (hot tub takes up to 4 hours to heat after you arrive)
* 2 New Fire Pit seating areas. 1 in front of the plunge pool and 1 on the south facing deck of the main house.
* An extra 1,000 square feet of bonus space in a recently renovated barn, bringing the property total to 2,577 square feet - with pool table, wet bar, lounging area (with TV), and a formal dining room table for games. We have a bonus queen size murphy bed in the barn as well. AC/heat provided via a mini split (accessed by remote).
* Napa Valley (Calistoga: 5 miles, ~10minutes with no traffic), Sonoma Valley (Kenwood), and Alexander Valley (Healdsburg) restaurants, spas and wineries are a short drive away.

* Projector screen and projector in the loft area (upstairs) for your enjoyment of movies during your stay.
* Smart TVs for you to log into your own streaming services.
* Participate in wine tasting, bike riding along the new Vine Trail (bikes can be rented in Calistoga next to trail), and listening to live music at numerous nearby wineries and eateries in summer. Hiking is also nearby at Trione-Annadel State Park, Spring Lake, the Petrified Forest, and Oat Hill Mine Trail - all a short drive away.
PRO TIP 1: Almost all of our guests come to the house from the south/Highway 101. You will pass a Costco on 101 when you reach Santa Rosa. You will also pass a Safeway when you make your last turn onto Calistoga Road on the way to the house. Our home is about 6miles from this Safeway. You may want to consider picking up groceries on your way to the house.
PRO TIP 2: Most guests prefer a designated driver service for wine tasting. Uber is unreliable due to our remote location. Also, it is awkward with Uber if you are going winery to winery, and you buy wine at one or all. Please see: mynapavalleydriver website for more details.
Other Important Things to Know:
* This property is located on a steep hill and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The yard surrounding the house is gravel - also not suitable for those with limited mobility. Children should not be left unattended outside as the home is on a ridge. Also, please note that the private road to the property is rural, narrow, uneven, and less maintained than city streets. While most guests have no issues, those who are less comfortable driving on country roads—or who prefer fully paved urban access—may find the approach challenging.
* A small farm is located one property over. Please do NOT disturb, pet or feed any animals.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. However, the owner's pets are occasionally on the property. Therefore, this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
During your stay, our regular service providers—including the pool and hot tub technician, gardener, and pest control technician—may access the outdoor areas of the property to perform scheduled maintenance at various times. Because our property is remote, these visits are part of a rotating schedule, and exact timing may vary. All vendors are instructed to avoid entering the house or barn. We appreciate your understanding and approval, as these routine services help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and fully functional for your enjoyment.
