This 100 m² house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It consists on the ground floor of a large living space with two furnished terraces:
- a kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook and share good times. (dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker & Nespresso, toaster...)
- a living-dining room with a large table, a comfortable sofa, a TV
- a first sunny terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle.
- a second terrace with deckchairs, outdoor table, and possibility to store bicycles and surfboards.

Upstairs is the sleeping area:
- a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed with TV
- a mezzanine from the master bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- a bathroom, crossing between the two bedrooms, has a bathtub, a shower cubicle, wc, heated towel rail, washing machine and hair dryer.
You have access to a parking space.
You can park for free in the neighborhood.
You will find near the house:
- 50m: a small quiet beach
- 300 m away: a fish pond
- 1.5 km away: the quays of La Chaume with its restaurants, its market and its local shops
- 1.8 km away: a "super-u" supermarket
From the quays of La Chaume, take the maritime shuttle from the pier, the crossing takes 3 minutes and you will be near the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne.
