Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood Fossvogur, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few meters from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre.
Only few steps from our house we have green area where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.
Our house is on two floors, you enter the house on the first floor, there we have the Master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm), bedroom with single bed (90x200cm), nice play room for kids, very nice bathroom with shower, spacious living room, TV room and fully loaded kitchen with everything you need. From the living room you can enter our balcony where we have BBQ grill and nice sitting area where you can enjoy the morning coffee. You can also access the balcony from the Master Bedroom.
On the ground floor we have two bedrooms, one with two Single Beds (90x200cm) and the other with Bunk Bed for Three people, Double bed (140x200cm) in lower level and Single Bed (90x200cm) in upper level. In the open area we have Sleeping Sofa. We can add extra Single Bed (90x200cm) if needed. From the ground floor you can enter our wooden patio and garden where we have nice outdoor sitting area and trampoline for the kids.
We have baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and Organic Hand and Body Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner from Sóley Organics.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
