Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room with wood-burning stove, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). - A bright 35 m² living room with corner sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and dining area
- New, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (80×190) that can be brought together to form a double bed and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with wardrobe
- Shower room with overhead shower cubicle and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 500 m² enclosed garden with trees and a south-westerly aspect, with flower beds and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- An 8 m² shaded terrace with garden table, folding armchairs and chairs.
The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in a peaceful and very pleasant residential area. All the essential shops are a 10-minute walk away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
