Broddanes Hostel is a small, friendly hostel that offers self service accommodation. We are located on the Strandir area 35 km south of Holmavik in peaceful and quiet surrounding with birds, seals and sheep in the neighbourhood.
Broddanes with its unique wildlife is a perfect place for nature lovers to stay for a day or two. Seals swim by the shore and various species of birds can be seen, e.g. puffins, eider ducks, black guillemots and terns. The puffin lives on small island close to the hostel where you can watch them from the shore. The puffins arrive in the beginning of May and depart in the middle of August.
Accommodation is offered on the ground floor of the house where you find twin/double room and family rooms with bunk beds for 4 people and 6 people. Bed linen and towels are included. All rooms have shared bathrooms and showers. You can also enjoy a well equipped and good shared kitchen and a large and spacious dining area as well as a lounge and billiard table.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
