Beautiful updated home in the heart of Duluth, Home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and sleeps 10. Wifi and Smart TV. Lovely large and peaceful backyard w/ deck and plenty of seating for relaxing. The home offers plenty of room to accommodate your large group with something to do for everyone.

If it is found there has been smoking inside of the residence there will be a fine $300

The home is only a 40-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, and is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

Backyard
Large deck area with plenty of seating. Beautiful backyard with a lot of space for pets and children.
All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with luxurious linens and pillows. All bathrooms include plush towels and the showers include shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap dispensers.
Guest Access:
Access to the house is from the main front door.
Guests will have access to the whole property except HALF garage and a locked closet. Plenty of parking outside the garage and in the driveway.
Other details to note:
Please take out the trash-on-trash day (Tuesday evening) and leave it on the driveway by mailbox.
Thin layer of grass in the backyard at some spots. Might get a little muddy on rainy days.
