Summary: It's a fabulous location, only a few blocks (short walk) from the train station and literally steps (a block?) off the marina, in the middle of everything. It's not a luxury hotel, a bit spartan, but not shady or shabby. Unless you're specifically looking for a luxury place or a pool and bar and spa, etc., I definitely recommend staying here for the location and value.
