Positive: Excellent location and great staff

Negative: Our first room was right above the restaurant, smelled of smoke and had no mosquito net. We were eaten alive on the first night and could not sleep. The TV did not work and there were real issues with the state of the room, including dirty sheets. This was all cleared up by the manager, but it should not have happened in the first place.

Summary: A bad experience on the first night, but cleared up by the helpful manager on the subsequent nights.
