Included in your rental is Free Beach Service March 1st - October 31st
The living area features a large TV with a Roku so you can stream your favorite services. Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath with double vanity, are Gulf front with doors opening to an over sized balcony. The second bedroom is a King with a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 3rd Bedroom is a ''bunk room'' with bunk beds and a full size closet. Recently upgraded to include Granite counters, 18'' tile floors throughout, beautifully tiled and upgraded bathroom showers and a double vanity in the Master bath. This condo offers you the convenience of a Full Size laundry room. The kitchen is well stocked, offers a Keurig, and is ready for any meal you want to share. It has all you need! The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and all patio furniture is brand new as well. New master bedroom furniture and living room furniture put in 2022 as well.
