The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel at home.
The en-suite bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also provided. The toilet is separate.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
