In the heart of the Dordogne valley, your rental is an ideal point to visit the 1001 castles of our magnificent region, discover the caves and chasms around (Lascaux, Padirac ...), but also enjoy the river ( swimming, canoe rentals nearby) and numerous marked hiking trails, to be done on foot or by bike according to your tastes. Your cottage located 5 minutes from the center of Sarlat, birthplace of Etienne La Boétie, will allow you to discover the richness of its history, its heritage or stroll through its market, one of the most beautiful markets in France, to discover gourmet Sarl gastronomy that will enchant your palate. The 25 m² Studio Gîte "Les Chênes" includes:
* an equipped kitchen: a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster as well as all kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.
* a living room - bedroom space: with a color television (TNT channels), comfortable 140 cm bedding, with pillows, bedspread, duvet and blanket available in the gîte. Cupboard with wardrobe and shelves and chest of drawers for your personal belongings.
* an independent bathroom: with WC, shower, sink with cupboard, towel rack and hairdryer.
* a 23 m² terrace: with garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs), 2 deckchairs, a bench and a blind covering the terrace, and a breathtaking view of a walnut grove....
* a mobile drying rack with clothespins
* wifi access
