Crossing apartment of 60 m² on the 4th floor comprising 2 bedrooms with balconies each, a living room with balcony also overlooking the interior of the wooded park of the residence.

The living room is composed of a convertible sofa (Dunlopillo comfortable mattress), armchair, TV, designer table; the 2 bedrooms have a double bed, a tv each. In one of the bedrooms possibility of an additional bed for one person (folding chair).
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster ... Essential products.
A bathroom with open shower, combined washer / dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Separate WC, cupboard in the entrance.
Beds are made upon arrival, towels provided.
The apartment is equipped so that you find yourself at home, just your suitcases, and allow you to travel light.
We also provide two Touquettois bikes with basket and a child seat, board games, wifi, a parking space is available in the covered car park under the residence and allows you to go directly to the apartment.
We ask to respect the refurbished apartment. Regarding the works and furniture displayed, a deposit of 1500 Euros will be requested and returned at the end of the stay.
