Linens also included Steps from heated pool and screened lanai overlooking the beautiful pond/fountain. Tennis, pickle ball, exercise room library and huge clubhouse. Friendly community with BBQ's and holiday parties. Always something to do and someone to do it with. 20 minutes from airport and Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers beaches. Available intermittently throughout the year two month minimum. Absolutely NO smoking inside or on lanai. Management application must also be filled out and sent to management with background check and application fee (think about $75 per person sent directly to management). Payment due in full upon signing of contract if under 5 months.
