a wide and open space double living with a huge flat screen TV, a dining table for 6, a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter bar, and a small terrace;
a master double bedroom with its own en- suite bathroom (bath + shower) ;
an independant WC, and a dressing room which is also a small office.
Up the stairs, the second level includes: a double room with a bathroom including bath and WC.
This flat overviews all main monuments: the Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur (Montmartre), the Invalides, and all the roofs of Paris. An amazing view from our windows.

The ultimate 'Le Bon Marché' department store is five minutes walking. Aside , 'La Grande Epicerie' offers the best selection of fresh food and grocery.
The famous Raspail organic open-air market stands round the corner every Sunday morning, as well as a general open air foodmarket held twice a week.
