Caribbean Dunes is a 2nd floor unit - featuring a beautiful balcony with ocean views. This condo is cleaned by an Private Individual and not a cleaning service. It is cleaned from ceiling to floor each check out. Cleanliness is a must for me! You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this condo. No Exceptions! This is an HOA requirement. Please do not request to book if you are not at least 25years old.
