It is located on the 4th and last floor and has a large terrace for dining or resting on the deckchairs. The 44m2 accommodation is a duplex composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a kitchen area with all the essential equipment, a living room with convertible sofa bed for 1 adult (120x190), a bathroom and separate toilets. Upstairs is a large attic room with a "velux" including 2 large beds (140x190) that can accommodate 2 adults each. This room has plenty of storage. Wifi is available free of charge throughout the apartment. Animals are welcome and accepted without supplement. You have a private parking space in the basement with direct lift access.
The residence "Parc de Pontaillac" is very well maintained, secure and quiet. You can enjoy its large private outdoor pool in July and August.
