Deer Crossing Awaits You! This cozy and charming home offers an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and an office for extra sleeping space as well as a basement that has been transformed into an exciting game room. Plenty of seating is available inside and outside the house. The home is located near many attractions such as Kalahari, Camelback, wineries, Poconos Raceway, ATV riding, hiking trails, parks, casino, restaurants, water rafting, shopping and much much more! All attractions within a 15 minute drive!
-LAUNDRY ROOM: washer and dryer (only available for 1 week + stays)
BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD for the firepit. DO NOT leave the fire unattended and make sure the fire is out before you head inside.
We provide 1 PROPANE TANK for the grill. Please refill if you use until empty and please clean for the next guests.
NOTE:
AC and Heat is available.
TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom: ROKU TV comes with ROKU channels and TUBI TV. Streaming capabilities available but you must have your own accounts.
WIFI: high speed connection that works on multiple devices;Do Not disconnect at any time.
Registration:
All guests must be registered with the administration office 3 days prior to arrival. Upon booking you will receive an email with the information needed for each guest.

Passes can be picked up at the Emerald Lakes Administration Office located at 1112 Glade Dr S. Long Pong PA and the hours are Monday-Saturday 10a-4p.

1 day pass : $20 per person
3 day pass: $30 per person
7 day pass: $50 per person

-NO FIREWORKS: If we get fined, you will be fined.
-NO SMOKING INDOORS: If evidence is found a $200 fee will apply
***DO NOT flush any baby wipes or feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Do not pour grease or oil down the drain (wipe dishes and pans before washing). These things will damage the septic tank and can cause a blockage. Any result of a blockage during your stay will result in a fee.***
-Must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and must be present during the stay.
-There is a RING camera set up outside. Do not try to disarm it.
