Positive: The apartment is located in the nice suburb area of Paris in Nogent-sur-Marne with convenient access to public transport (RER station). The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a wonderful view of Paris over the rooftops and the forest area (Bois de Vincennes) that is in close proximity. Paid parking places are available along the street. A couple convenience stores are just within a short walking distance. The flat is charming, newly renovated, clean, and well equipped. The host is helpful, attentive, and responsive. We enjoyed the stay!

Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor in an old building with stairs, so be prepared to carry up your belongings. But the view from the dining room is worth it :)
