Our farmhouse dates back 2500 years, recently renovated to a high standard, the property sits on a hillside overlooking the village of Campsegret. The house is a traditional stone built property which means it’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The farmhouse consists of two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, A large living / Dining room with wood burning stove and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a roll top bath.
The large open plan Living / Dining room has a large woodburning stove, comfortable couches and 42in smart TV. The Dining room table seats six and there is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and glassware for your needs.
The Kitchen features a built in Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, air Fryer, Fridge Freezer & Dishwasher, Along with all the pots, pans & utensils you could ever need!
Bedroom One is located on the ground floor and features a traditional double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom two is on the second floor and has two single beds that can also be configured as a double if required.
There are two bathrooms, the first, on the ground floor has a WC, Washbasin & shower. In addition there is a washing machine located in this room.
On the upper floor is bathroom number two with a luxurious roll top bath. All towels and bedding are of course included.
Outside you will find two patio areas complete with table & chairs for eating outdoors as well as sun loungers and umbrella.
The location is secluded but well connected with Bergerac Airport just 15 minutes away, This airport is served by Ryanair and EasyJet from the UK and various European airports. Bordeaux Airport in an hour and twenty minutes away.
The village of Campsegret has a small shop and two restaurants, the nearest shopping centre featuring a large Intermarche supermarket is ten minutes away and the market town of Bergerac is twenty minutes away.
