The rest of Paris is easily reachable with 3 metro stations at walking distance ( etoile line 1, 2 and 6 boissiere line 6 and iena line 9)
The apartment is located at the second level without elevator of a xix century building . The building is very secure.
The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom with a large shower, a closet with a combo washer and drier, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. each room has a door and its own independent entrance.
