1908 FARMHOUSE
This quaint and cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a shower and the other with a claw foot tub. The recently remodeled chef's kitchen is bright and roomy, with double ovens, a gas range and all the amenities needed to create the perfect meal. A plush and comfy sofa is ready for a good book or watching a great movie. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a full bed. The sofa has a queen sleeper.
The Airstream has been completely renovated, with high end finishes & deluxe furnishings, it's a one of a kind experience and includes a queen bed, an elegant bathroom with a shower (small) and a real, flushing toilet. It has air conditioning and heat to make your stay comfortable, no matter what time of year. Enjoy the quirkiness of the iconic Airstream glamping experience while exploring Sonoma County with your family.
THE COMPOUND
The Farmhouse & Airstream combined can sleep up to 7 people (3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed). All feature soft, fluffy bedding and tons of pillows for your comfort. Fully outfitted kitchen in the main house comes with ample tableware/flatware/glassware, coffee pot and french press, cooking utensils, knives, pots, pans and everything you need to craft an amazing meal. We also have unlimited on demand hot water, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wifi and coffee.
OUTDOOR SPACES
With majestic redwoods, ancient oaks and towering pines, the awesome outdoor space provides a beautiful setting to relax after a day out touring the area. With a table for 6, a comfortable sectional sofa and lounge chairs for sunning, enjoy California outdoor living. There is plenty of space for the kids to play. The property is fully fenced, so it is very private and safe for everyone. After a day of fun events, come back, enjoy a glass of wine, whip up some barbeque, relax under the stars, let the kids roam freely and enjoy the beautiful Sonoma county weather. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their personal space or hang out together, this is the perfect getaway for friends and family, or multiple couples ready to explore Petaluma and surrounding areas.

Please note we do not allow special events at our property. If you plan to have a few people over, no problem, but please let us know. And note that we are not able to accommodate more than 3 vehicles at a time and no more than 10 people at a time. Only 7 people are allowed to sleep in the house.
Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs unless they are service dogs. We love them, but we keep our house pet free for those of our guests that have allergies.
The owners live in the Big White Barn on the property, and request respectful use of outdoor spaces and common areas.
