Summary: The staff service was more than excellent — they were extremely attentive, kind, and always willing to help. This was definitely the highlight of the stay. I also really enjoyed the hotel’s dinner options. However, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. The toilet had a heavy buildup of old dirt, and the shower drain was also very dirty. In addition, the room heater did not warm the room properly during very cold nights — the reception area was noticeably warmer than the room itself. Overall, while the staff and dining were great, the room conditions did not fully meet expectations.
