This beautiful three story home features two newly remodeled 'state of the art' bathrooms. The front door opens to an inviting entryway that leads to a guest room fully equipped with a sofa pull-out bed, new flat screen wall-mounted television all with new secure windows. From the guest room, an additional door opens to the most exquisite freshly remodeled bathroom boasting a new toilette and bidet, a floating Italian tiled shower with a built-in tiled seat, and small window.
A short staircase walk up to the next level, you will be greeted by a sumptuous sunken living room set in a circular theater-in-the-round configuration where you can relax on the large cushioned sofa, or small built-in seats, while watching your favorite movie from the Entertainment Center on a large screen television across from the sofa. There is plenty of light filtering through the high ceilings and tall windows that provide you with a panoramic view of the natural 'Nature Preserve' in the backyard.
You can also enjoy the enchanting fireplace next to the unique painted tree on the side wall in the living room. In the evenings you can enjoy the stunning, starry skies from the newly installed wooden deck set with a cozy gas fire pit to keep you warm and illuminated.
To the right of the living room is a fully-stocked kitchen with two sinks - one overlooking a charming window, and the other one in the middle island of the kitchen area. It features a dishwasher, stove, and oven. The walls are lined with natural pine wood cabinets filled with dish sets, utensils, dish towels, and a Keurig coffee machine. You can enjoy your meals while sitting at the hand-made natural wood kitchen table in front of the large beautiful bay window with a view of the 'Nature Preserve'.
Walking up to the third floor you will find another bathroom with two separate sinks, a stone-floored therapeutic foot shower with a built-in tiled seat and window. To the left of the bathroom is a large bedroom with an ultra comfortable new king sized bed, with two night stands on each side of the bed, an eight drawer dresser with a flat screen television on top, and a love seat where you can sit and enjoy the view from the windows and adjustable blinds.
In addition to the large dresser, there is an ample sliding-door closet with enough space to hold an entire wardrobe of clothes and shoes. You can also lounge in the cozy chair in front of the vanity next to the closet and walled cabinet with freshly-washed towels, sheets, and linen ware. To the right of the bathroom lies the spacious Master Bedroom with a large sliding-door closet, standing dresser, wall-mounted flat screen television, love seat, and of course another ultra comfortable new king sized bed. You can also adjust the blinds to keep the sun out or to welcome it inside.
