Summary:
Book before it's gone! This is beautifully updated apartment is part of a duplex and feels luxurious with its modern upgrades, and feels like home. A Queen, Full and Sofa-bed sleeps up to 6.
This home is great for both short and long-term stays. For nurses working at the local hospitals, we are very close to all three of them: Genesis West, East, and Trinity.
It' also just minutes from downtown Davenport, the Village of East Davenport, and very near the beautiful Vanderveerk Park!
The Space:
This is a very spacious apartment within a duplex. It is the lower unit of the two.
The lower bedroom has a queen bed, has blackout curtains, closet, dresser and also has the bathroom attached. There is a privacy panel for this bedroom (see listing photo) since the bathroom would be shared by members of your party, and the bedroom doors are French style transparent doors. There are curtains installed on these doors for the privacy of the guest using this bedroom.
The upper bedroom has a full size bed, blackout curtains and closet.
The living room has a large sofa-bed, papasan chair, computer desk and Smart TV.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their unit only and not the one above, using a unique SmartLock code that will be sent prior to check-in. The entry door is in the rear.
Once the new garage door is installed, guests will be able to share the garage.
The one bathroom would be shared by all guests, and is located within the main level bedroom as shown in the photos.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood away from main roads and businesses. It is a family-friendly neighborhood and offers privacy to our guest.
Getting Around:
There is parking for your vehicle in front or behind this home. Airbnb and Lyft have been a little scarce lately, but LuckyCab is always available .
Other Things to Note:
There are just a few steps to enter this apartment.
There is another unit in this building and it is above, and both guests must agree and adhere to the Quiet Hours policy in the House Rules, else a fine WILL be imposed for noise complaints by the other guest during quiet hours.
Guests all get their own, unique entry codes that are only active during their stay.
