It is located at SW Cedar Rapids, 15 minuets away from the cedar river and downtown, 30 minutes drive from downtown Iowa City and the University. It’s a half of the duplex on the new community, attached 2-car garage, we’ll-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with landuary, beautiful indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. Library, Jc penny, Menards, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, little Caesars, Noodles Company, appetize, Sushi are just at the corner of my house.
