Positive: The apartment was exactly like its presented in pictures. Very clean and with kitchen utensils that allowed to cook at home. The location is superb, because you have metro, tram and bus in a 5m walking distance. From the apartment is very easy to go out and visit the main attractions. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants also around the apartment. Also the way the access to the apartment is explained (use of keys and codes), makes it very easy to understand.
