2 Bedroom / 2 Full size Bathrooms Fully furnished beach house with an additional sitting room with a Double pull out sofa sleeper. The House sleeps 6 comfortably. I have added a bungalow (VRBO # 599428) & loft (VRBO #: 3888095) to rent behind the house but still contained within the property by the new fence. For larger parties this will be a nice option since they both sleep 2- 4. The House, Bungalow and Loft together sleep 14. They are separate with separate charges and you can view the calendars separately. (There is a pull out sofa sleeper and a king size bed in the bungalow & loft.) The house, bungalow and loft all are equipped with full kitchens, washer and dryers, 40' TV....they have all that you would need. Everything in the bungalow and loft are brand new even the bathtub :) and decorated with a beachy eclectic eye. If you want to include the bungalow, loft and house in one reservation ask....please check the calendar for availability. The Beach House, Bungalow and Loft are fully equipped with Wireless Internet access, Cable TV, Blue Ray DVD Player, all linens including beach towels and a washer dryer. Come and relax after taking a stroll on the beach only a short block away and cook on the outdoor grill and watch the sunset or walk to any of the wonderful restaurants within a block. This Property is only available for short term rentals of 30 days or more per St. Pete Beach short term rental laws.
