Situated on a beautifully landscaped ½ acre lot surrounded by old Florida foliage, this spacious home is sure to be the perfect getaway for your family! Enjoy your morning coffee on our screened in deck off of the main level with views of the State Buffer Preserve. Never miss a sunset from our additional screened deck on the bay side of the house. Designed with an open concept floor plan, the eat in kitchen is open to the large living space so you won’t miss out on any family activities. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. The Master bedroom features a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a King bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Each bedroom features large closets and TVs. The living room is so spacious and open and includes a 70” flat screen TV, equipped with Direct TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and pots and pans. The outdoor area has a beautiful yard, patio and grill and is ready for your memories to be made!
A spacious parking pad with 12’6” clearance allows plenty of room for your boats and other toys!
